June marks the “official” beginning of winter in Australia and it is also when we typically start to really experience our version of cold weather.
This colder time of year is great for growing more traditional vegetables up here in the tropics, so it is time to plant:
- Ginger
- Sweet Potato
- Broccoli
- Artichoke
- Coriander
- Lettuce
- Pumpkin
- Zucchini
- Oregano
- Okra
