It was a great turn out for our first meeting of the year.
First we talked about what exactly Permaculture is.
The Johanna Kloot from Green Business Consultancy talked to us about her Permaculture journey and how she now works to help industries profit, by reducing their overheads and reducing their wastage.
We also got members to jump up and mark the Permaculture subjects they would like to learn about this year.
Lastly we tasted the sauerkraut Craig Phillipson made in the meeting last October. Was it going to be a thumbs up or a thumbs down? Of course we had to video tape the reaction.
